For us, DocuBank is a no brainer. It is a great resource for storing our client’s health care directives in a way that makes them easily accessible by medical professionals when they need them the most. Now we have some great news to announce to our clients already enrolled in DocuBank.
DocuBank is expanding their document storage to include legal and other financial documents that can be easily accessed by our clients when they are away from their estate planning binders.
What does this mean? This means that we can now upload copies of all signed estate planning documents to their accounts, including any future updates. No more pesky CDs that can be lost or damaged. PDFs of recent account statements can also be uploaded to track funding.
These files are securely saved by DocuBank and can be updated by our firm or the client. The documents stay on the secure server for the duration of the DocuBank membership.
